	Chairman - Mr Ronnie Hart Snr Background Ronnie (Snr) is a co-founder of Nitecrest and has been involved in the plastic card industry since 1985. He has an extensive 50 year history as head of a variety of business sectors including transport, heavy industry manufacturing and the retail market amongst others. One of Ronnie’s major qualities is to embrace change. 	Managing Director - Mr Ronnie Hart Background Ronnie has a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and business management (Diploma). For the past 16 years Ronnie has worked within the card industry at directorship level in both sales and production gaining knowledge of every aspect of the business. Ronnie’s passion for the company’s success is infectious and has been a major contributor to our current industry status. Ronnie is seen all over the world by many of our customers and competitors, he remains to attend global conferences to represent our business.s. Technical/ Sales Director - Mr John Hart Background John's background is originally Mechanical Engineering ( HNC ) followed by Sales and Marketing ( CIM, ISD, IPSM ). John has 39 years business experience at director and company ownership level of which 16 years have been in the card business, John has a vast knowledge of the industry and market place due to his hands on approach in terms of his daily involvement within Nitecrest. John is an innovator, and has played a major part in the success of Nitecrest. 	Production Director - Mrs Kathryn Jeffers Background Kathryn gained a university degree in industry manufacturing and had a career in top management at leading retail stores in the UK. Kathryn's Card experience equates to over 10 years & she is a fully qualified ISO 9002 auditor. International Sales Director - Mr Joe Aoun Background Holder of two degrees in Computer Science and Finance from Washington State USA, Joe comes from the world of IT and Finance where he has previously worked in Seattle at MICROSOFT as Quality Assurance Manager and then in BOEING as a Financial Systems Analyst. He relocated to Europe in 1997 where he joined Bull Cards Systems Division and gained extensive Smart Cards knowledge especially in the market segments of Banking, Telecom and Identity cards. Joe started working at Nitecrest in 2002 primarily looking after emerging markets such as the Middle East and North Africa. He has expanded business in Europe and other parts of the world from Nitecrest’s Parisian based office. Joe speaks a multitude of languages including: French, Arabic, and Spanish. 	Commercial Sales Director - Mr Leeroy Pye Background Formerly an International sportsman with a diploma in European Business, Sport Science and French, Leeroy has since utilised his competitive nature to become a professional in his chosen field of Sales & Marketing. Combining superb business acumen with a 12 year proven track record in Sales /Business Development makes him perfectly suited to handle projects of virtually any scale. Nitecrest has given Leeroy the perfect platform to utilise his multilingual skill set and working for a world leader certainly compliments his career portfolio.
