We can number or address a multitude of mail items from
your database, even awkward items, such as folded, cut out, heavy gauge,
unusual finishes etc. Ideal for postcard mailing, envelopes addressing and
magazine personalisation, machine speed in excess of 20,000 units per hour.
Fulfillment:
A full hand work department ensures that non-machine
work can be handled securely in house. Direct Mail work is well within the companies
capabilities ensuring a customer solution for every type of job.
Laser printing and envelope insertion:
We have in commision at any one time six laser printers,
all with duplex personalisation capabilities, giving us the capacity to execute
the most demanding job. Direct Mail pieces can be folded to either C5 or DL.
Capacity of over 50,000 units per hour ensures all work can be handled in house
and perforated and scoring capabilities can be handled inline.
Insertion to envelopes with options to insert up to 6
extra items. Jumbo mailing (C4) down to C5 and DL all automated with selective
insertion and mailsort collation. Stream feeders attached to the mailer enables the
mailing of thick booklets and non closed edged pieces.
Card attaching and matching:
A fully automated line to match and attach the credit
card to the letter fold it to envelope size and insert to the maker. The lines
ensure 100 percent security match and is flexible to allow the credit card to
be attached in different positions. A special latex peelable glue allows the
cards to be removed without damage to the document.
Inkjet:
Nitecrest can feed and inkjet items with variable data
at very high speed, depending on the size, shape and thickness, upto 50,000 per
hour. Credit size cards, envelopes, post cards, leaflets upto
A4. The variable data can be printed in a 50mm wide area.
Laser:
Nitecrest have 6 high speed HP Black and White printers
that will duplex print upto A3 size. A full IT Department to prepare, sort and
send data directly to the printers.
Stationary and Mailing:
Nitecrest can supply all the stationary that is required
to make your mailing complete. From simple A4 letterheads on 115gsm paper and
envelopes, to complex full colour brochures and posters - Nitecrest will be
happy to provide a costing for all. Digitised signatures or specialised logos
can be added to your letterheads to create a more personalised feel to your
mailing. Laser printed stationary can be printed either simplex or duplex.
All stages of design can be checked by the PDF proofs we
will send to you at no extra charge.
Once you have decided on your cards and stationary, at
Nitecrest, we have had machinery specially commissioned to handle all the
complexities of any type of fulfilment required. Match and attach machines use
OCR reading to ensure all cards are matched to the correct letterhead. Letters
are then folded automatically ready for inserting into envelopes by on of our
inserters that can handle upto six items at a time into either DL, C5 or C4
wallets. This is an excellent way to deal with Promotional mailings where you
may have various leaflets that need to go out in one pack. Shrink-wrapping and
Poly-wrapping services are also available.
